Our cabinetry products are manufactured in our state of the art manufacturing facility located in Edmonton, AB. We also source the majority of our raw materials or parts from Canadian suppliers and manufacturers.

Essence Cabinets offers a full package service to our clients from design to install, building a new kitchen or doing renovation, residential and commercial jobs, completing a small vanity to high-rises or luxury homes. Our professional team will help you every step of the way.

Essence Cabinets offers a wide range of door material including Melamine, Thermally Fused Laminate, Low Pressure Laminate, Thermofoil, Veneer Wood, Maple, Oak, MDF, and Reconstituted Veneer. We offer slab and variety of 5-Piece and shaker door style. You can choose a colour in Matte, Gloss, Acrylic, Metallic, Wood Grain, Natural, Paint, and Stain.

Your pre-booked appointment with one of our designers in Essence Cabinets showroom is Complimentary. You will receive your budgetary quote at NO charge.

Essence Cabinets has a great selection of colours and materials to choose from, however if you chose a colour that isn’t part of our standard selection, you can provide us with your color code, name, or a sample and we will match it for you. Please note that there will be a minimal one-time charge fee per colour.

Essence Cabinets does not reface cabinets. However, we can certainly give you a quote on new cabinets. Cabinet removal regularly involves working with electrical or plumbing which millwork companies are not certified to modify.

Currently we do not offer in-house countertops. However, we can certainly lead you in the right direction to supply your countertop or work with our partners to ensure you can get the countertop you desire.

Essence Cabinets lead time for service parts varies between 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on nature of the replacement part.

Essence Cabinets has a state of the art facility that produces high quality products. Our Lean and efficient process help us to offer cost competitive pricing. Essence Cabinets also has outstanding service and dedicated employees who take pride in their work.

Essence Cabinets offers various products including Kitchen cabinet, Vanity, mudroom and entrance area, home office and desk, laundry room, bar, kitchenette, entertainment and media unit, display cabinet, garage and storage cabinet, murphy bed and desk, and many more.

You can start with making an appointment with one of our designers. If you are building a new home, make sure to bring a copy of your house plans when you meet with your designers. Discussing features of your new home will help your Designer understand your style and ensure proper design and function in your home. You will also visit our showroom to choose your door color and style. Once your design is complete, we will work with your builder to determine the timing of your cabinets and schedule the installation.

Once you place the order, it takes 5 to 8 weeks for your order to be installed depending on your selected material and size of your cabinetry package. We will advise you about the timeline for non-stock material at the time of material selection.

You can visit our door size samples during your visit at our showroom. Also you can obtain a small colour sample from your designer to take home with you.

Essence Cabinets does not offer a demolishing service. It is recommended you hire a skilled general contractor.

While we are always happy to install our cabinets for you, you can certainly do this yourself if you have the ability, tools, and experience. Installing cabinets does require a certain amount of training and specialization and is not recommended for novices. Essence Cabinets offers a limited selection of ready to assemble products including garage and storage cabinet, closet shelving, and small pantries.
